Terms of Service

RR Tracker collects publicly available Valorant competitive data and presents it as a shared leaderboard for a group of players. It can also connect to a Discord server to post a message when a tracked match ends, and a daily recap.

The free tier allows one leaderboard, up to 10 players, and manual refreshes. The premium tier raises the limit to 50 players and adds the Discord bot, automatic match tracking, and the daily recap. The exact features of each tier are those described on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.

You sign in with your Riot Games account through Riot's official authentication. We never see or store your Riot password. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping access to your Riot account secure.

You must be at least 15 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country of residence, to use the Service. If you are below that age, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

Your use of Valorant and of your Riot account remains governed by Riot Games' own terms. Nothing here overrides them, and we cannot restore or intervene on a Riot account.

You join a leaderboard yourself, with an invite code shared by its owner. Joining means agreeing that your competitive results will be visible to the other members of that leaderboard, and posted to any Discord channel connected to it.

You can leave a leaderboard at any time. A leaderboard owner may also remove a member. In either case we stop collecting new results for you on that leaderboard. If you want the match records already collected to be deleted as well, contact us and we will do so.

The premium tier is a monthly subscription. The price and currency applicable to you are those displayed on the checkout page before you confirm, inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details.

New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and the first payment is taken. It then renews automatically each month until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you keep premium features until then, and you are not charged again. We do not refund partial months.

We may change the price. A change applies to you only from the renewal following at least 30 days' notice sent to you, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from the start of a paid subscription to withdraw without giving a reason, by writing to us.

Because the Service is supplied digitally and immediately, by subscribing you ask us to begin performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully supplied. Where it has only been partially supplied, we refund the unused portion in proportion to what was delivered.

Match results, rank, and RR are obtained from Riot Games' API and from third-party services that relay it. We present that data as we receive it. It can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong for reasons outside our control.

In particular, we only record matches played after a player is added to a leaderboard, and a match may be missed if a third-party service is unavailable while it is played. Figures shown by the Service are indicative and must not be treated as an official record. Riot Games remains the sole authority on your competitive standing.

You agree not to:

• use the Service to harass, expose, or target another player;
• access it by any automated means, or attempt to extract its data in bulk, other than through features we provide;
• resell, sublicense, or make the Service available as your own;
• attempt to bypass tier limits, payment, rate limits, or any technical restriction;
• disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or the third-party APIs it relies on.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section, immediately where the breach is serious or repeated.

The Service depends on Riot Games' API, on third-party relays of that API, on Discord, and on Stripe. If any of them changes, restricts access, or goes down, part or all of the Service may stop working, and we may have to modify or discontinue features to comply.

We provide the Service without any warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, and we will give notice of planned downtime where reasonably possible.

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Subject to that, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for loss of data caused by a third-party service, nor for indirect loss.

How we collect, use, and retain personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your leaderboards and the match records attached to them.

We may terminate this agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you breach section 7 or if we are legally required to. If we terminate without fault on your part while you hold a paid subscription, we refund the unused portion of the period.

We may update these terms. For a substantial change we will give notice at least 30 days before it takes effect, by email or in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you may cancel and stop using it.

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.

We would like to resolve any complaint directly, so please contact us first. Consumers may also refer the dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator, or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. Failing agreement, the dispute falls to the competent courts.
